Turnkey Projects: When it comes to a complete ‘from scratch’ system design and installation, we always begin with site auditing to identify your design requirements, targets, air applications, location and pipework requirements. Then, we can build and install your compressor system as well as providing you with training to enable you to you use your compressed air, vacuum and nitrogen equipment to safely and efficiently meet your production needs.

Existing Compressed Air Systems: Our design services aren’t just limited to new compressed air systems; we can also revamp your existing set-up to optimise performance, efficiency and productivity. When you’re thinking about investing in new equipment, it’s important that your needs are met without compromise and excess spending. The first step in this process is often data-logging (link to energy audit page) your compressed air system to understand your exact requirements and where potential savings can be made. We are then able to recommend, install and commission the best equipment to optimize your system.

Pipework installations: Our installation team are able to help extend and revitalise your existing pipework system, from deciding which will work best for you right through to system design and fitting. Our installation team are competent at working with a range of pipework including Prevost, Transair and welded stainless steel as well as galvanized and self-colour. We are then on hand for best practice advice, labelling and providing a ‘Written Scheme of Examination’ in line with pressure systems regulations.

Compressor Heat Recovery: Did you know that whilst heat is a by-product of compressing air, it can also be recovered instead of wasted? This means that it can be used for other equipment or facility processes, saving you thousands of pounds annually. Aircare can provide you with heat exchangers, redirection and ducting systems to avoid unnecessary heat and money loss.

Vacuum & Blower System Design Control Panel: Aircare’s team of experts can design and build you a vacuum and blower system control panel to better manage and monitor your equipment in an efficient and productive manner.

Compressor Controllers:
Compressed air systems typically have a lot going on, comprising multiple compressors delivering air to a common distribution system. This can make controlling air quality and flow quite complicated, which is why Aircare offers CompAir’s advanced demand responsive sequencer, SmartAir Master. This innovative compressor controller can monitor up to 12 compressors, including downstream equipment.

Air Monitoring:
Monitoring your compressed air is an easy and efficient way to maximise your efficiency and the quality of your air. At Aircare, we offer a range of solutions and services to help you achieve this and to aid the delivery of clean compressed air and final products.

Nitrogen Generation:
We offer a range of high-performance CompAir solutions that are cost-effective, reliable and safe for medium to large nitrogen requirements. A convenient and safe alternative, these systems can be installed within a compressor house or production area to produce high-purity nitrogen at a low pressure. This eliminates the safety hazards usually associated with high-pressure cylinder gas.
