Compressor Energy Savings at The Flick of a Switch
Would you believe us if we told you that saving energy and money on your compressed air system was as easy as switching the lights on or off ?

A typical compressed air system loses air through pipework connections and leaking float type drains etc. By installing a CSLV you can limit these air losses. At the end of the working day the CSLV will close off the air flow and save the valuable compressed air from escaping unnecessarily, reducing compressor running hours and thus extending its lifetime, saving energy and operating costs.
The CSLV can simply be connected to a light switch so when the lights turn on the CSLV will open and at the end of the shift, switch the lights off and the CSLV will close saving unnecessary compressed air wastage. If this doesn’t work for your production, you can also set up a timer or remote control. Many of our customers have saved money and energy by installing a CompAir CSLV or CSLVE into their compressed air systems, why not join them?
Our experts can provide you with the best solution for your system with a custom prescription for repair, energy reduction, efficiency, reliability, innovation or compliance.
