The Challenge: A Logistical Puzzle

When a long-standing customer, a busy hospital, approached Aircare Compressor Services with what seemed like an impossible job, we knew we had to find a creative solution to upgrade their compressed air system with minimal disruption as to not interrupt patient care.

The hospital needed to upgrade its two CompAir L50 and L22RS air compressors while also ensuring its service air supply was future-proofed. After conducting data logging on-site, our team determined that two new CompAir L75RS compressors would provide the ideal balance of efficiency, reliability, and long-term performance.

However, there were two major obstacles:

🔹 The hospital could only provide a 4-day installation window, and minimal disruption was absolutely critical to avoid interfering with hospital operations.
